Service Providers

About This List

This page lists the service providers that JLO Veterinary Services, LLC, doing business as Critical Signal, uses to operate the Critical Signal website (the “Website”) and platform (the “Platform”), and that may receive personal information in doing so. It forms part of our Privacy Policy at www.criticalsignalvet.com/privacy-policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Each provider is bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and to use it only to provide its service to us.

Our Service Providers

• Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure). Application hosting for the Website and the Platform. All information sent to our services passes through it.
• MongoDB, Inc. (MongoDB Atlas). Database hosting for the Platform. It stores account, report, audit, and billing records.
• Twilio Inc. (SendGrid). Email delivery for the Platform, including account, notification, and support email, and for demo requests submitted on the Website. It receives recipient names and email addresses and the content of those emails.
• Stripe, Inc. Payment processing and subscription billing for the Platform. It receives payment card details directly from your browser, billing contact information, and device and network information used for fraud prevention.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile). Bot protection when a practice signs up for the Platform. It receives your IP address and information about your browser and device.
• Plausible Insights OÜ (Plausible Analytics). Aggregate, cookieless analytics for the Website only. It does not identify individual visitors.
• Mux, Inc. Video delivery on the Website, only when you play a video. It receives your IP address and browser information.
• Calendly LLC. Demo scheduling on the Website, only if you choose to book a time. It receives the details you enter into the scheduler.

Services Your Client Chooses

A Client may connect the Platform to services of its own choosing, such as a Slack workspace or a webhook address. Those services receive information at the Client’s direction, under the Client’s own agreements with them, and are not listed here. Our Privacy Policy describes what is sent.

Changes to This List

We update this list when we add or replace a service provider, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Questions about our service providers can be sent to support@criticalsignalvet.com.
